Summer Splash
OFFICIAL RULES
1.
No Purchase Necessary.
2.
Must be at least 18 years of age or older, and live in the 54dbu
coverage area of KHPA-FM in order to participate and win.
3.
Employees and the immediate family members of employees of
Sudbury Broadcasting and other competing media outlets, including other
radio and television stations and newspapers, are not eligible to win.
4.
Entries submitted by means other than an “Official Entry” card
available at sponsored locations, including entries duplicated by means
of photocopying, fax, or other means of mechanical or electronic
duplication will not be accepted.
5.
Completed entries must be mailed to the KHPA-FM studios at P.O.
Box 424 Hope, AR 71802 or dropped off in person at 1600 South Elm Street
in Hope, AR. Station is not responsible for misdirected mail.
6.
Winners must have a valid I.D. and Social Security card in order
to claim prize.
7.
Additionally, winners of prizes valued at $500 or more must
complete and file a prize form with the IRS.
8.
By participating in Contest, you give KHPA-FM the right to use
your voice, name and/or likeness in on-the-air promotional
announcements, print materials, and the SuperCountry105 website.
9.
In order to become eligible to win the weekly prize of $105 in
BancorpSouth Super Country Cash or one of the Grand Prizes, you must be
Qualified (see How To Win, below).
10.
To win one of the Grand Prizes, you must be qualified and be
present at the Super Country 105 “Summer Splash” Live Broadcast to
be held on September 18, 2010. You must present your Qualifier Card to
participate in Grand Prize Drawing.
11.
A copy of these Official Rules and How To Win guidelines are
available at
www.supercountry105.com and may be picked up at our Studios in
Hope,AR.
12.
A list of Winners will
be posted online at
www.supercountry105.com at the conclusions of Contest or may be
requested by means of mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope to
Summer Splash Winners c/o Super Country 105, P.O. Box 424, Hope, AR
71802. Names of Qualifiers and Winners will not be given over the
phone.

HOW TO WIN

To enter, simply locate a participating Sponsor,
pick up an Official Entry card, fill it out and drop it off or mail
it to the Super Country 105 studios.

Beginning July 9, 2010 listen for your name to be
called out on-the-air. If you hear your name, you must call the
KHPA request line at (870) 722-2282 within 10(ten) minutes and 5
(five) seconds to qualify for the Weekly drawing and the Grand Prize
drawing on September 18, 2010. By qualifying, you will
automatically win a Super Country T-Shirt.

A Weekly drawing will be held during the Contest
period each Friday morning at approximately 8:20am on 104.9 Super
Country 105. A winning entry will be selected from the Qualified
Entries gathered from the previous Friday thru Thursday. Each
Weekly winner will receive $105 in BancorpSouth Super Country Cash
redeemable at Sponsor locations.

There will be multiple Grand Prizes given away by
means of a Random/Reverse drawing on September 18, 2010 at Ivan
Smith Furniture in Hope during a Super Country 105 LIVE broadcast.
Winners will be drawn from those previously Qualified participants
who are present at the event.
