The area around Patmos suffered wind damage today (Tuesday November 17th) according to Hempstead County Judge Haskell Morse.  The judge reported around 3pm that there were trees down in the area as well as power lines.  Most of the area around Patmos was without power. There were several small trees reported on houses but no major damage and no reported injuries.  As of 3pm, there were trees on state highway 355 as well as on county roads 144, 2, 148, 147, 57, and 16.  Judge Morse reported representatives were on hand from the Hempstead County Sheriff's Department, Hempstead County, the Arkansas Highway Department, and power crews.  The judge said no determination has been made yet on what kind of storm came thru the area.
