HOPE – A parent survey for the “Strive for Five” student attendance initiative of the Hope Public Schools remains active on all HPSD sites online.
The web link to the 10-question survey is directly accessible through the district and campus websites at www.hpsdistrict.org online.
Social media access is also available on Facebook, where the survey link is pinned at the top of each campus and the district Facebook page.
“Strive for Five” is a district wide attendance initiative intended to help reduce student absences to five or fewer days per semester.
The “Strive for Five” parent survey seeks to determine current attitudes of parents about the importance of their child’s attendance in school and other factors which may affect attendance.
The survey is free and is completely anonymous.
