The Hope Kiwanis had a program from Tarona Armstrong on Tuesday February 14th. Armstrong is the Superintendent of the President William Jefferson Clinton Birthplace Home National Historic Site in Hope. Armstrong noted the site is one of seven National Park Sites in Arkansas. She noted the facility has rebounded from a fire which was set in the early morning hours of Christmas 2015 and that the facility now has several extra security measures in place. Armstrong says the site generally draws between 10,000 and 11,000 visitors to Hope annually.
