The Arkansas Great Southwest Regional Tourism Association met Friday November 20th in Hope at Big Jake's. The organization utilizes state funds to help promote tourism in Hempsted, Howard, Miller, Nevada, Howard, Little River, Lafayette, and Sevier County. The director the Arkansas Department of Heritage, Stacy Hurst, was a special guest and spoke on the state's efforts at Heritage Tourism.
