On April 4, 2017 at approximately 1652 hours, Deputy Tuberville was dispatched to Highway 29 South in reference to a Sexual Assault call.
Upon arrival, he made contact with the mother of a 15-year-old female juvenile who stated when watching video surveillance footage of the outside of her home she noticed her 15-year-old daughter walk outside at approximately 1:30 A.M., and go down towards the end of the driveway.
The mother stated that she confronted her 15-year-old daughter about why she left the residence at 0130 hours on April 3, 2017. The 15-year-old said she went to meet an adult male whom she had met through Facebook and they went to a cemetery and had sexual intercourse and after that the male took her back home.
Deputy Tuberville through his investigation discovered that the male was 19 years old. He turned the investigation to HCSO sex crimes investigator Heath Ross. The investigation is ongoing.
Suspicious Persons Report
On April 4, 2017 at approximately 2047 hours, Deputy Malone was dispatched to 586 Highway 32 East in reference to Suspicious Persons.
Upon arrival, he made contact with the home owner who stated that her neighbor had called and informed her that there were people at her residence with flash lights. Deputy Malone made contact with the neighbor. Who stated that she heard cars doors slam, and then she heard them slam again. She stated that she then went outside and saw people with flashlights at the home. The neighbor stated that she did not think anyone would be there this late at night with no lights in the house. Because the home owner has not stayed at the residence in 7 to 8 months.
She stated that she has been living at another address Home owner stated when arrived at the residence there was no one on the property. He stated that he checked the entire property and nothing looked out of place. Home owner said that he checked all the windows and doors to the residence and they were all still intact and locked. Home owner stated that he then walked through the residence and nothing seemed to be out of place.
Theft of Property
On April 4, 2017 at approximately 1535 hours, Deputy Tuberville was dispatched to the Hempstead County Sheriff's Office in reference to a Theft.
Upon arrival, he made contact with Michelle Dean. Who reported that three firearms owned by her mother who passed away in February was missing. Victim reported that a .22 caliber pistol, a 20-gauge shotgun, and a 12-gauge shotgun had been taken from an address on highway 371 east near Blevins. Victim provided Deputy Tuberville with the serial numbers of each firearm but did not know the brand.
On April 4, 2017 at approximately 1606 hours, Deputy Malone was dispatched to 231 Highway 234 lot 12 in Saratoga, Arkansas in reference to Criminal Mischief.
