The University of Arkansas at Hope will hold the 26th Annual UAHT Community Fish Fry on Thursday, April 25, from 4:30-7:00 p.m. on the Hempstead Hall lawn. The cost will be $10.00 per plate, and all proceeds will benefit the UAHT Foundation. There will be a drive-through “to go” line for carry-out meals located by the library entrance, accessed through the main campus entrance by the electronic sign. Carry-out trays will not include a drink. As always, the fish fry will feature fried catfish and Tyson chicken cooked by the Hope Lions Club.
